God's Grace in Gali's Life

From Darkness to New Life (1980)

In the year 1980, I lost all my hopes in all gods and in all my trials because my priest told me that there was no hope for my life and I must suffer according to my Karma (the result of sin). His words inspired me to simply enjoy life and die because there was no hope for me. I became a thief and a club dancer.

At that dark hour, I heard about Christ—the glorious truth that “HE DIED FOR MY SINS” gave me a new hope! However, I resisted believing that Jesus was the only Lord because I used to think all gods in the world were equal. I continued worshipping all gods even after knowing Christ. But while on my way to a Hindu temple, the Lord spoke powerfully to me through Scripture:

Total Surrender & Deliverance

I surrendered my life completely to Lord Jesus and confessed that He is the only Lord who died for my sins to deliver me from all my sins and Karma. When I totally surrendered my life, the Lord delivered me from evil spirits that had tormented me for 6 years! I became a new person in Christ.

Memorizing 5,000 Scriptures

I fell in love with the Bible deeply and started memorizing the scriptures. By the grace of God, I have memorized Five Thousand (5,000) Scriptures from the Holy Bible. Every single day I remember all these verses. In the morning hours, I remember about 1,500 verses for praise, worship, and prayer (most of them from Psalms). This practice keeps me strong in the Lord and helps others for the glory of God.

Full-Time Ministry Since 1985

The Lord called me to serve Him as a full-time evangelist. In 1985, I resigned from my secular job and dedicated my entire life to the ministry. For all these years, the Lord has been faithful to supply all our needs according to His promise in Matthew 6:33.
